Abstract: Based on the patent data of CGS’28 agencies in 1990—2013, this report analyzed the achievements features from the aspects of the patent applications and grants, the main technical areas of the distribution of patent application, the type of patents, patent applications subject, the legal status of patents, patent maintenance rate and survival. Some problems were found from the achievements management of CGS' agencies and counter suggestions were offered.
