Abstract: The project of remote sensing monitering of mineral resources development status from 2012 to 2014 in the eastern Tibet has been accomplished. The dynamic remote sensing monitoring of mining development status, mining environment and mineral resources planning implementation were acquired. A comprehensive datasets of remote sensing monitoring of mineral resources development was established for the first time. Some integrative researches such as the evaluation of mineral resources planning implementation, 3D analysis of typical mining features, and comprehensive evaluation of mineral development intensity are also made. This work would help establish mineral resources development planning and mine environment protection for the local government and agency.
