Abstract: Fluorite is one of the national strategic resources, and fluorite resources and reserves are plentiful and stable in Inner Mongolia. In this paper, the dynamic reserves, the exploitation and utilization status, and the market demand and development trend of fluorite in Inner Mongolia were analyzed. And future development proposals were proposed, including strengthening geological exploration work of fluorite mine, optimizing management, conserving resources, accelerating progress of company, raising the overall efficiency, improving consumption structure of downstream, and achieving the overall appreciation of the resources.
